With the launch of My Pet, Natural Brande, in collaboration with Arion, has created a unified platform for dog and cat owners where users can find inspiration, knowledge and discounts for their pets.
Knowledge, benefits and increased customer loyalty
The My Pet app is free and gives users access to a wealth of knowledge about their pets and an attractive and unique pet food discount scheme. In the app, every seventh bag of pet food is free, and customers have the freedom to use the discount at any retailer. There is an integrated stamp card in the app where you get stamps every time you buy a bag of pet food. This increases both the value of the offer and user satisfaction.
Intelligent guidance and customised content
When creating a pet in the app, users receive customised tips, discounts and insights specifically selected for their pets. This not only creates value for the user, but also enables Natural brands to target their communication and promote their products in an intelligent and effective way.
