Michelle Kristensen came to us with the desire to energise her health universe, which resulted in a powerful, engaging and inspiring app that with on-the-go camps, +500 recipes and guidance on diet and exercise, helps users to a better and healthier everyday life.

At Makeable, in addition to developing a native app for Michelle, we have acted as strategic sparring partners for the constant scaling of the digital part of the business.

Helping users achieve a healthy lifestyle and weight loss

In the MK Universe app, users can participate in camps, learn about the MK principles and the entire approach to cooking, weight loss and exercise, based on Michelle Kristensen’s more than 15 years of experience with healthy lifestyle and weight loss.

She is passionate about cooking and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and additional subjects from the Master’s programme in Human Nutrition.

More than 72,000 have attended one of her online camps and she has coached around 3500 women at her physical MK bootcamps. She has also been a regular health expert on Go’ Morgen Danmark for more than seven years and has written more than 20 books and e-books, so she knows what she’s talking about.

In addition, the app has close to 200,000 downloads, is top rated in app stores and has been selected as a special app in the App Store several times.
