About Forstas
Forstas is one of Denmark’s leading contracting and landscaping companies, providing services to private, public and semi-public companies and institutions throughout Denmark.

The system offers full real-time documentation, enabling Forstas to provide their customers with updates on vehicle location, status and estimated time of arrival. This increases customer satisfaction and trust in Forstas’ services.
Vehicle creation and overview
With the fleet management system, Forstas has the ability to easily create, manage and gain an overview of all their devices and vehicles. This includes details such as vehicle maintenance status, fuel consumption and driving history.
The fleet management system supports integration with different types of devices, including trucks, construction machinery and smaller vehicles, making it versatile and customised to Forstas’ specific needs.
Device tracking and fleet search
Under “Devices” Forstas can view and manage all their devices. They can create new devices, fill in master data, retrieve GPRS logs and see the current location of each device. They can also search and filter between active, inactive and unknown devices as needed.
Notifications
The system sends automatic notifications of important events such as maintenance needs, route changes and vehicle problems. This helps Forstas respond quickly and efficiently, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
