The “My Life – My Health” App Helps Citizens

Inspiration and support for your health My Life – My Health is an app primarily aimed at vulnerable citizens with type 2 diabetes and those at risk of developing chronic diseases. The app focuses on behavior change rather than knowledge dissemination and serves as a dialogue support tool between citizens and professionals.

The app helps citizens plan and live a healthier daily life through engaging and appealing features and content.

Health Segmentation – What Should the App Support You With?

A significant feature is that the backend can create and work with segmentations of content. This enables the app to better target different citizen groups or even professionals. For example, if the user has diabetes, it becomes possible to record their diabetes numbers in the app.

This is, of course, developed so that the app can reflect and follow content expansions without new submissions.
