Our efforts focus on selected SDGs where we can make the biggest difference, including health, education, sustainable energy, decent jobs, responsible consumption and climate action.

We continuously work to reduce our carbon footprint and promote resource efficiency. This includes:

Commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals

We actively work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our initiatives are designed to support these goals and create a positive global impact.

To strengthen our contribution to a sustainable world, we will expand our focus to include the following UN Sustainable Development Goals:

  • Goal 3: Health and well-being – Promote well-being and ensure a healthy work environment. Annual vaccinations, health insurance and ergonomic workstations.
  • Goal 4: Quality training – Opportunities for training and immersion on demand.
  • Goal 7: Sustainable energy – Increase the use of renewable energy sources.
  • Goal 8: Decent jobs and economic growth – Flexible working hours, exercise during working hours and fair pay.
  • Goal 12: Responsible consumption and production – Among other things, we prioritise sustainable suppliers, have a paperless office wherever possible, and reduce the use of plastic. For example, our lunch programme is delivered in electric cars and the leftover food is used to produce biofuel.
  • Goal 13: Climate action – Reduce our carbon footprint and support climate initiatives.
